There's nothing
There's nothing in ease, no satisfaction, no motivation, and no merit. Yet we persist in chasing shortcuts and free solutions.
But would you work for free?
Volunteering involves working for free, not at all. Volunteering involves working to achieve satisfaction that's lacking in the workplace and in life in general. Anyone who's dedicated time to it knows this well: you always get more than you give.
Obviously, everyone dedicates themselves to a specific organization based on their personal motivation and talent. Volunteer for something you care about and aren't afraid of. For example, someone who faints from an injury doesn't work for the Red Cross, but perhaps works at an animal shelter or keeps a stretch of beach clean.
Is it easy? It depends on your talent. Not easy, not difficult, but never boring.
Those who aren't motivated by their work usually dedicate themselves to other challenging activities, usually hobbies, which can sometimes even put their personal safety at risk.
Muscles are strengthened by counterforce, as are character, self-confidence, tenacity, and determination.
Where there's no effort and challenge, there's practically nothing.
However, the most difficult challenges are within everyone's reach, such as the struggle we wage against our vices. Unbalanced diet, lack of physical activity, no creative pursuits, no books to read, all our free time spent pointlessly scrolling our smartphones. These are challenging activities.
Let's get involved and improve. Personal development is life's greatest challenge. Because if we improve, everything improves!
