Lazybones?

Imagine you're an industrialist in charge of a large factory with hundreds of workers. What considerations did you make when hiring them? And what do you ensure every day?

A factory is set up to produce goods for the market; it's a system that must function perfectly, otherwise its only destiny is failure.
Consequently, one of the essential prerequisites is to hire diligent and responsible staff, not dissolute and slackers.

Now, each of us is an industrialist with hundreds of employees. Who are they? They are the minutes that make up our day.
How do we delegate them? To be diligent workers or passive slackers?
Industrious minutes create value for ourselves and others; they are industrious at work, attentive to the needs of others, and exercise to keep fit. Slackers, on the other hand, lounge on the couch, waste time on their smartphones, and hang out with other slackers like them.

Minutes are our employees; they depend on how we delegate them. If they are diligent and responsible, they make our lives good; otherwise, they lead us to failure.
